Cure Monday Blues With This 4K Mt. Tamalpais Fog Timelapse

This 4K timelapse, filmed by local photographer, Danny MacRostie, will cure your case of the Mondays.

MacRostie’s “obsession” with chasing Karl the Fog from the 2,576-foot high Marin County peak in 2015, and compiled 18 months of footage in this 90 second timelapse clip.

He says, “I would be up and out the door by 4:00 in the morning to make the 45-minute drive and 30-minute hike up Mt. Tam to be setup for the sunrise. In the evenings I would race home from work, grab my gear, and head back out, often running down the trail with a backpack full of gear to be just in time for sunset.”
